Different tools. I keep the work moving.

Codex

Layout and typography refinement, implementation, and testing.

Grokbot · MetaMuse · Gemini

How I keep the context

I move instructions, outputs, and useful context between tools myself. Hermes keeps project context and handoff notes in the shared vault.

Workflow in four steps: Aaron directs and reviews the creative tools. Aaron hands off context from the creative tools to Hermes manually. Hermes writes to the shared vault and is its only writer.

How do the handoffs work?

I carry the instructions, outputs, and useful context between tools. Hermes writes to the shared vault; the other tools are not directly connected to it. I direct the work, review the results, and approve what ships.

Pumpkin Fly Workshop promo video

Transcript

Meet Fly Guy. The pumpkin with the biggest eyes in the patch. No knives. No carving. Just a grown-up helper. Step one: laminated eyes, a nose, wings, and bendy pipe cleaners. Step two: spin the pumpkin and find its best face. Step three: pencil two tall ovals. Make the eyes huge! Step four: laminate the eyes, or paint them white. Step five: small marks, big smile. Bzzz! Step six: two pipe cleaners make a pair of feelers. Step seven: four bendy legs. Give them a wiggle! Step eight: tuck the laminated wings in at the sides. Step nine: Fly Guy is ready for his close-up! Final check: eyes on, legs wiggly, wings tucked? Make your own Fly Guy at wolftoons.com/pumpkin-fly-workshop.
